Plain-English rules for cancelling a booking, changing plans, and getting money back — including what the airline controls and what we control.
This policy applies to flight bookings made through Travels Snooz (travelssnooz.com) online or by phone at +1 (833) 834-2949. Two sets of rules affect every refund: the airline's fare rules attached to your specific ticket (which we cannot override) and our service-fee rules (described below). Both are disclosed to you before you pay.
In line with US Department of Transportation rules, tickets for travel to, from, or within the United States that are booked at least 7 days before departure can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, with no airline penalty. To use this window, call us at +1 (833) 834-2949 within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation.
Changes are subject to the airline's change rules, any fare difference between your old and new flights, and a Travels Snooz processing fee where applicable. Many US carriers have eliminated change fees on standard economy and above for domestic travel, but fare differences always apply. We will quote the total cost of a change before you approve it — nothing is processed without your confirmation.
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a refund to your original payment method under US DOT rules — regardless of fare type. We track every refund we submit and chase the airline until it is resolved. If a refund is delayed beyond these windows, contact us and we will escalate with the carrier.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Initiating a chargeback while a refund is already in progress can delay your money, as airlines freeze refunds during disputes.
