These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website travelssnooz.com and the travel booking services provided by Travels Snooz ("we," "us," "our"), including services provided by phone at +1 (833) 834-2949. By using the site or booking with us, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Travels Snooz is an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers — primarily airlines and ticketing consolidators. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline whose fares we quote. Your transportation is provided by the airline under its own contract of carriage and fare rules, which apply to your ticket in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book through us. By booking for other travelers, you confirm you have their authority to share their details and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Quotes, pricing, and payment

• Quotes are not guarantees. Airfares change continuously with availability. A quoted fare is only guaranteed once the ticket has been issued (ticketed).
• Total price disclosure. Before you pay, we present the total price including base fare, taxes, carrier-imposed surcharges, and any Travels Snooz service fee.
• Service fees. We may charge a service fee for bookings, changes, or cancellations. Fees are disclosed before payment and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable once the service has been performed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Authorization. No charge is made to your card and no ticket is issued until you explicitly confirm the itinerary and total price.
• Card verification. To prevent fraud, we may ask you to verify cardholder identity. Bookings suspected of fraud may be cancelled and reported.
• Billing descriptor. Charges may appear on your statement under our name and/or the ticketing airline or consolidator, and may be split (e.g., airline fare + agency fee).

4. Ticketing and confirmations

After ticketing, we email you a confirmation containing the airline record locator (PNR) and e-ticket number(s). Please verify all details — names, dates, routing — immediately upon receipt and contact us the same day if anything is incorrect. Name corrections are governed by airline rules and may incur airline fees.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID or passports.
• Hold valid travel documents: ID, passports, visas, and any health documentation required for your itinerary. Requirements are the traveler's responsibility to verify with the relevant authorities.
• Reconfirm flight times before departure and arrive at the airport within the airline's check-in windows.
• Review the airline's baggage allowances and fare rules, which we will summarize but which the airline ultimately controls.

6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

All changes and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the ticket purchased plus our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Many discounted fares are non-refundable or changeable only with airline penalties. Under US DOT rules, most tickets for travel to/from the US booked at least 7 days before departure may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking; we honor this where applicable.

7. Airline schedule changes and disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, equipment, or routings, or cancel flights, at any time. We will pass on notices we receive and assist with rebooking or refund requests per airline policy (see our Flight Schedule Change page), but we are not responsible for airline-initiated changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or baggage issues, for which the airline's contract of carriage and applicable law (e.g., US DOT regulations) provide your remedies.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site or our services for fraudulent bookings, speculative or duplicate reservations, scraping, or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel service for violations.

9. Intellectual property

The travelssnooz.com site design, text, and graphics are our property or licensed to us. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that fares, schedules, or content are error-free or continuously available. Sample fares shown on the site are illustrations of recent quotes, not offers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travels Snooz's total liability arising from any booking or use of the site is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to us for the affected transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of airlines and other suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under US DOT consumer-protection regulations.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or inaccurate information you provide.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Travels Snooz is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@travelssnooz.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs that booking.
